Record a meeting in Microsoft Teams

  1. Join or Start a Meeting:
    • Join an existing meeting or start a new one in Microsoft Teams.
  2. Access Meeting Controls:
    • Once you’re in the meeting, locate the meeting controls at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Start Recording:
    • Click on the “More options” (three dots) icon in the meeting controls.
    • Select “Start recording” from the dropdown menu.
  4. Recording Indicator:
    • A notification will appear for everyone in the meeting, indicating that the meeting is being recorded.
  5. Stop Recording:
    • To stop recording, click on the “More options” (three dots) icon again.
    • Select “Stop recording” from the dropdown menu.
  6. Access Recorded Meeting:
    • After the meeting ends, Teams will process the recording, and it will be available in the “Chat” of the meeting.
