Add a signature to your email

Now, for both Outlook on the Web and Outlook Desktop, you can follow these steps:

  1. In the settings or options menu, look for a section related to email signatures.
  2. Create a new signature by entering the text you want, and you can also format it with different fonts, colors, and styles.
  3. Optionally, you can add an image or logo to your signature if needed.
  4. Save your changes.

    Once you’ve set up your signature, Outlook will automatically include it in your outgoing emails. If you are using multiple devices or email clients, make sure the signature settings are configured on each device or application where you want the signature to appear.
